I've been doing carpentry for fifteen years. I did sash window work for other firms before running my own company. Now I want every job to stand up with no call-backs. I want people to know what it costs before they ring. One of the worries people have is that there's no transparency on price, so I want them to go to my website and already have a figure in mind.
